    Our Originale floor Small Home floor plan is the ideal minor dwelling, first home, rental, bach or extended family accomodation. Spacious and fabulous, the Originale base model starts at $190,000 +gst.

  • Cabin Double

    Cabin Double

    Perfect for small families or those wanting an extra space for guests, the Double extends from the Originale and includes an extra four meters in length. Great as a first home, bach, minor- dwelling, airbnb or extended family accomodation- we love the Double for it’s flexibility and space. The Double base model starts at $240,000+gst.
